The polymer adhesive film for Bi-metal Heat-insulating panel is based on the comprehensive research of domestic and overseas Bi-metal bonding, combined with the independent intellectual property rights. This adhesive film has been successfully developed with many years of R&D and application experience.It greatly promotes the innovation of heat-insulating panel and rapid development of the industry.
AF8035 Polymer adhesive film is for Bi-metal heat-insulation panel, it uses color steel plate or galvanized plate as the base plate, and the surface of the base plate is covered with aluminum foil, and the anti-aging polymer adhesive film is used to laminate the aluminium foil with the color steel plate at suitable temperature, It is an environment friendly and safe product with good processing performance, and suitable for continuous and automatic processing.
Application
AF8035 polymer adhesive film is used for Bi-metal heat-insulation panel ,Thermal insulation color steel plate (color aluminum plate), Building thermal insulation tile,or other products made of steel and aluminum composite.

Keep in a dry cool place. Avoid direct sunlight, ventilation, and moisture. The storage period at room temperature is 12 months. If the film color changes and elongation is found to decrease by 50%, do not use it.
