Cautions:
1. Tear-off method: cold or hot tear.
2. Printed film is a soft product. It is normal for the surface to be slightly sticky, and the surfaces should be prevented from sticking to each other.
3. Reasonable control of temperature and pressing time. If the temperature is too high or the time is too long, it is easy to cause discolouration or loss of elasticity.
Application of DTF PET Film:
Film Transfer: After the film is cut, it is ready for transfer onto the fabric. Carefully position the film with the printed side facing down onto the fabric, ensuring proper alignment and placement.
Heat Transfer: Apply heat and pressure using a heat press machine to transfer the design from the DTF film roll onto the fabric. The heat activates the adhesive properties of the DTF powder, allowing it to bond with the fabric fibers. The pressure ensures proper contact and adhesion.
Cooling and Release: After the heat transfer process, allow the fabric to cool down before removing the DTF film roll. Once the fabric is cool, carefully peel off the film, leaving the transferred design on the fabric surface. Take care not to damage the printed design during the removal process.
Post-Processing: After the film is removed, the fabric may require additional post-processing steps, such as heat pressing for enhanced durability or color vibrancy. Follow any specific recommendations provided by the DTF film manufacturer or printer manufacturer to achieve optimal results.
