General information

The machine is mainly used for filling carbonated drink. It combines rinsing and filling and capping as one automatic body suitable for PET or other plastic bottles. The iso-pressure (iso-barometric) filling technology is adopted enabling it to fill more efficiently and more stably with more output than the machine of the same level from others.

Processing steps

1, Machine Material

- Juice touch parts are stainless steel 304 or 316L

- Frame material is stainless steel 304, the thickness is 1.5mm
- The machine table is carbon steel, we add more poles under the table
- Bushes are changed to imported brand which is free lubricate
- All parts are manufactured in more precise

2, Machine structure

- There a return system along with the juice filling machine; once the juice temperature is lower than 85 degrees Celsius, it will be returned to UHT for sterilizing again

- Apply the circular tank to avoid the residual

- New type: round smooth corner, Arm controller installed on the machine
- Monoblock high speed 3 in 1 washing - filling - capping unit

- The pump is adopted the Nanfang pump which is one of the best brand in China

3, Each unit features

- Washing Part: The washing pipes can be changed to stainless steel 304
- Filling Part: there are several types of filling valves for carbonated drink; it will be basing on the product performance to recommend the filling valve;
- Capping Part: No bottle no capping

A: We have the technician available to your factory for machine installation and commissioning; BUT client should be responsible for the round-way flight tickets, technicians' daily salary, local transportation, local hotel and eating.
