Pickling Line
Push-Pull Pickling Lines can process strips between 1.0mm to 6.0mm thick and 200mm to 2000mm wide.
For higher rate of production, we offer Semi-Continuous and Continuous Pickling Lines.
In both these, continuous operation is achieved by welding/stiching. Accumulators are provided at entry and exit to allow continuous operation during the joining at the uncoiler end and removal of coils at the recoiler end. In continuous lines, the process section runs at a constant speed, while in semi-continuous lines, where the accumulators are small in capacity, the speed of the process section reduces during the coil jointing at the uncoiler and changeover at the recoiler. Such installations are cost-effective due to simplicity of the accumulator designs
The material from the Hot Rolling Mills is generally descaled and chemically treated by passing it through a bath of hydrochloric or sulphuric acid and rewound into coils to be sent to the reducing mills.
Our engineering ensures maximum utilisation of the acid for pickling and least wastage through effluents, thus resulting into low consumption of acid per ton of production. Efficient recycling of acidic water in the system reduces drastically the consumption of water per ton.

This system allow manual control interface in the pickling effect unqualified when artificial intervention, and real-time data recording, the formation of large data, the future through big data analysis, according to the acid concentration and temperature, the shape parameters, automatic formation of reasonable pickling process.
1. track is shared with an enclosed single beam, with a distance of about 32 meters.
2. configuration holder 2 sets, single set of hand load 10T, running speed of 10-20m/min ;
3. supporting hand is equipped with vehicle control PLC, frequency converter, wireless communication module, code reader, track locator, RFID recognition system and so on to control the original device, and the protection level of electric control box is IP65.
4. system uses the sliding contact line, the collector supply of the car power supply; all units and the main control system adopts industrial control between wireless Ethernet, implementation of vehicle PLC and ground PLC master data exchange.
