Product Description:
Rongter hand-held air cooling hot foam cutting cutter is the second generation of Heat cutter. Built-in fan-cooled air-cooled design, as well as upgraded PCB boards, keep the heated knife cutting tool working, breaking the limitation of first-generation products that can only be used in crevices. The electric heating knife adopts special blade material, its advantages are fast preheating, high efficiency (direct use of blade heating, small loss), fast speed, wide range of application. The electric heating knife is designed to be handheld and ergonomic, with electronic switches, adjustable power, and cuts directly with the heated blade. This handle is equipped with different blades, multi-purpose, one step can combine 5 cutting methods: direct cutting, small slotting, large slotting, carving and oblique cutting, can cut foam, low density sponge, pearl cotton, KT board, insulation board, extrusion board, foam sculpture and other materials. In general, this is a good quality, easy to use, beautiful, can work continuously electric hot foam cutter.

The hot foam knife is mainly used for cutting low density foaming material and chemical fiber cloth and other materials with low melting point: foam (EPS), pearl cotton (EPE), sponge (PU), insulation board (XPS), KT board, non-woven fabric, wallpaper, chemical fiber cloth, nylon rope and so on.
Matters needing attention
1. Be sure to use this tool in a ventilated environment.
2. Do not burn the debris on the blade, otherwise the blade will bend.
3. Do not dry burn the blade, please contact the cutting material and then heat.
4. Do not touch the blade, do not put the hot blade in the clothes, or next to flammable objects.
5. Please dispose the blade after cooling to avoid accidental injury.
