Common quality problems

Inconsistent color
In addition to the carpet material, it is usually caused by moisture or water seepage on the surface of the base layer, which causes the carpet to change color after it absorbs water. Therefore, the carpet should be protected from water during the paving, and the construction should be avoided in the sun or in the harmful gas environment; pay special attention to the carpet laying of the project in a short period of time. In the case of cross construction, the carpet is easily contaminated by construction materials or construction auxiliary materials. , Causing permanent damage, such as artificial marble, mica powder, binder, polishing powder, etc. Especially the marble glue used for marble splicing, the dust scattered during polishing, once touched the carpet surface, under the cooperation of temperature and humidity, generally after 12 hours, the carpet carpet surface will change. The size of the amount, the color of the carpet surface changes to light yellow or orange, usually forming irregular local halo discoloration (the time of discoloration and the degree of discoloration are determined by the composition and concentration of the marble glue). When the carpet laying is completed, protection should be carried out immediately, such as covering with plastic film and closing the door in time, so as to avoid unnecessary quality disputes.
