1. Introduction:

Twin shaft blades make the mixing force much stronger and can reach a better homogeneity during mixing powdery materials and adhesives and liquid together.

2. Working principle and features:
Twin shaft sigma blade mixer machine has double Z or sigma shaped blades which has stronger driving force to push viscous materials or paste materials to move around, also the two Z shaped paddles move at the opposite direction to get a better mixing effect than normal single shaft dough kneader mixer.
The mixing time can be set by adjusting the time relay between 0~999 minutes on the sigma mixer machine, the twin shaft blade mixer machine will stop automatically when time is up.
Then you can adjust the tank to a proper position and push the output button to discharge automatically, which saves working intensity of workers and improves the working efficiency greatly.

3. Liquid spray system, Heating and cooling jacket:
Liquid, adhesive, water, syrup can be sprayed into the sigma blade mixer from the top cover or from the side barrel. Heating jacket is applied to drive the materials to mix and react, so as to get a perfect product at last. Heating source is electricity and steam. Cooling media is water.
