Scrap Car Baling process
1. Feed Material:Put the scrap car frame into the baler compression box.
2. Compressed Material:After the feeding is completed, the door cover is closed, and the machine operates through
the main push cylinder and the side push cylinder to compress the waste into a compact block.
3 .Bale Finish:After the bale is formed, the bale is pushed out of the press box. The bale block can be placed in a fixed position by a mechanical gripper.
Application
Y81 series hydraulic metal scrap balers is applicable in steel plants, recycling companies, ferrous &non-ferrous smelting industry to press metal scraps (steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, discarded automobiles) into acceptable furnace charges (shapes: cuboid, cylinder or octagon), so as to reduce cost of transportation, to increase speed of furnace charging.
