1.The CWNS series horizontal Industrial hot water boiler price is an internal combustion three-return hot water boiler. A biased furnace wetted back structure is used. The high-temperature flue gas is sequentially washed; the second and third return pipes are washed, and then discharged from the rear smoke chamber into the atmosphere through the chimney. The boiler is equipped with an active front and rear smoke box cover.
2.CWNS series fully automatic fuel (gas) horizontal hot water boiler (utility model patent) adopts horizontal three-return wet back structure to improve boiler operating environment and improve boiler efficiency and service life;
3.All flue gas channels are placed in the water, and the tail is equipped with a residual hot water tank and a perfect thermal insulation outsourcing design. The smoke box seal adopts a labyrinth structure to avoid smoke leakage.
4.The boiler thermal efficiency is up to 90%. The combination of corrugated furnace and conical furnace with good expansion performance is used. The size of the furnace is consistent with the flame, and the flow area of the smoke is reduced by the second time, so that the flue gas flows at a constant speed. Ensure the heat exchange time of the high temperature flue gas in the furnace to achieve the best heat transfer effect;
5.Fully automatic adjustment with a high-performance burner that is fully matched to the boiler for complete combustion, fuel savings and reduced pollution;
6.Ultra-fine glass wool with high thermal insulation performance, the heat loss is smaller;
The intelligent energy-saving control system is used to control the boiler, water supply, heating, and self-control water temperature system, and adjust the fuel supply in combination with different loads to save energy.
