1. Boiler patent technology

6. Multi-function safety explosion-proof device
The explosion-proof device connected to the furnace on the rear panel of the boiler prevents the high energy generated by the venting moment when the fuel is severely detonated in the furnace, and can be automatically reset. At the same time, it has a sight glass and maintenance. The function of the channel makes use of the adjustment of the combustion flame during operation, and the furnace inspection and maintenance are convenient.
7. Easy maintenance in the pot
The top of the boiler is equipped with manholes. The middle and lower parts of the front and rear ends of the boiler are equipped with unique hand hole devices to facilitate inspection and cleaning of the inside of the boiler and the bottom of the boiler.
8. Unique front and rear smoke box seals
The smoke box adopts double-opening smoke box door, which is easy to open, multi-stage labyrinth seal, special sealing material, good compressibility, complete barrier of smoke leakage, and can be reused.

The boiler controller adopts Siemens/Delixi electrical components and has reliable performance. The controller has three forms: normal type, Chinese and English menu type with liquid crystal display, and touch screen type for remote control of man-machine dialogue.
