There are several major advantages
1. Safety and energy saving, low noise and low pollution are the key recommended products of the national environmental protection.
2. The burner is assembled on the front smoke box cover, the flame is fully filled, the heat receiving area is large, and the heat energy can be fully utilized.
3. The front and rear smoke box and burnout room of the gas steam boiler can be opened by themselves, which is convenient for inspection and cleaning.
4. The return stroke is a corrugated furnace, and the second and third return strokes are flue, which improves the heat transfer area and the expansion freedom of the furnace.
5. The gas steam boiler is equipped with a fully automatic imported burner, which can realize automatic control of shutdown and flameout.
6. The shell boiler of single-wave furnace and double-wave furnace has been eliminated. Our company mainly produces water-tube boiler with membrane wall structure, and also equipped with high-temperature superheater according to requirements.
7. The gas-fired steam boiler adopts low-resistance heat transfer technology and high-expansion heating surface, and the exhaust gas temperature is basically the same as that of the large-capacity industrial boiler, which is 150-180 °C.

5. Easy maintenance: the natural gas steam boiler is equipped with movable smoke box door before and after the boiler, with fire observation hole and inspection hole at the back, which can be entered into the furnace for inspection and cleaning.
The manhole is opened on the furnace body, and the structural design fully considers the convenience of maintenance in the future.
