Boiler burner Structure and working principle
YX series boiler burner are mainly composed of three parts:
air supply system, pneumatic system and power control system.
When the combustible gas enters the combustion head of the burner from the pneumatic system, it is mixed with the primary air to ignite, and the secondary air is assisted to achieve full combustion. The flame detection system of the burner tracks and detects the combustion flame, the wind pressure switch detects the air supply system in real time, and the gas pressure switch detects the gas pressure. When there is a flammable gas underpressure, a current interruption, a supply air failure, an unexpected flameout, etc., the control system issues a shutdown Command and indicate fault.
Boiler burner Technical performance
The YX series boiler burner oil furnace are designed with electromechanical integration, and the components used are strictly screened and synchronized with the international:
1. Lightweight aluminum alloy fan parts
2. high performance centrifugal fan
3. using 304 stainless steel pipeline to improve the life of the machine
4. Sliding burner with fixture and steel flame disk
5. Adjust the flow rate of gas and damper at the rated gas pressure to achieve accurate air-fuel ratio, making the burner more efficient, more energy-saving and safer.
