1. 2. The dusty ash should control the moisture content in the ash hopper. At the same time, it is forbidden to contain iron blocks, hard objects and unburned wood blocks into the cylinder to avoid jamming the screw shaft or damaging the mechanical device.
3. The transmission structure of the spiral slag removing machine is a worm gear, and the motor and the coupling are connected by rubber soft plates in the middle, which can effectively reduce vibration and mechanical wear. The first-stage shifting gear is a cylindrical helical gear, and the large gear drives the worm gear to function as a shifting gear. The worm gear is directly connected to the spiral main shaft to serve as a conveyor.
