Scraper slag remover
The double-chain scraper slag mainly consists of an anchor chain, a scraper, a ash trough, a driving device, a sprocket, and a tail tensioning device. It is a device for transporting ash on a coal-fired boiler, and can be transported horizontally or obliquely. The working principle is as follows: a scraper is fixed at a certain distance on the anchor chain, and the ash is pushed by the scraper and scraped into the outside of the boiler along the ash trough.
Features:
1. The double-chain scraper slag removing machine is installed in the ash trough, which has the characteristics of stable and reliable operation, simple maintenance, low noise, ability to adapt to harsh working conditions and high cleanliness.
2. The scraper slag removing machine produced by the company is driven by the active grate of the boiler or the anchor chain of manganese steel, which is suitable for continuous slag removal in single or multi-furnace of large and medium-sized industrial boilers. It has the characteristics of large slag removal capacity, low power consumption and convenient maintenance.
3. The power of the scraper is 1.1-3kW, and the worm gear is 4-6MZ. It has the characteristics of large torque and long service life. It can be used in boilers with an evaporation capacity of 1-25t/h.
