Screw slag remover Advantages

The lower part of the slag removing machine and the hopper are sealed by water to ensure no air leakage. 3. The spiral slag removing machine has a compact structure and a small floor area. At the same time, the environment of the boiler room is very sanitary due to the material being transported in the sealed cylinder.
Screw slag remover Features:
1. Spiral slag removal machine can be used with horizontal quick-load coal-fired boilers to keep the boiler room clean and tidy, reduce gas pollution and reduce the labor intensity of the furnace workers. At the same time, the boiler can be burned under negative pressure, which further improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
2. The dusty ash should control the moisture content in the ash hopper. At the same time, it is forbidden to contain iron blocks, hard objects and unburned wood blocks into the cylinder to avoid jamming the screw shaft or damaging the mechanical device.
3. The transmission structure of the spiral slag removing machine is a worm gear, and the motor and the coupling are connected by rubber soft plates in the middle, which can effectively reduce vibration and mechanical wear. The first-stage shifting gear is a cylindrical helical gear, and the large gear drives the worm gear to function as a shifting gear. The worm gear is directly connected to the spiral main shaft to serve as a conveyor.
