Features
1. The fuel gas steam boiler is an internal combustion three-return fire tube boiler.
2. The low-position symmetric arrangement of the furnace bile wet-back structure, the high-temperature flue gas flushes the second and third return smoke pipes in turn, and then the rear smoke chamber is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
3. The boiler is equipped with movable front and rear smoke box covers to facilitate boiler maintenance.
4. The boiler is equipped with a high-tech industrial burner.
It adopts automatic regulation of combustion, automatic adjustment of water supply, program start-stop, fully automatic operation and other advanced technologies, and has automatic protection functions such as high and low water level alarm and extremely low water level, ultra high steam pressure and flameout.
5. Fuel gas steam boiler The boiler has compact structure, safety and reliability, easy operation, quick installation, less pollution and low noise.
Technical support
1. There is a door on the rear of the fuel or gas boiler or on the pipe. The door position should be favorable for venting. Where the explosive gas may endanger the safety of the operator, a pressure relief guide tube shall be installed on the door. Fuel gas steam boiler
2. The installation of the boiler and its auxiliary equipment, water treatment equipment, etc. shall comply with the technical requirements of the equipment manufacturer. The equipment foundation must be constructed only after the equipment arrives and is checked against the design drawings.
3. When installing the equipment, avoid placing equipment and installation materials on the floor. When using building columns and beam lifting equipment, the bearing capacity of beams and columns must be verified in advance.
4. The pressure test acceptance after installation of fuel, gas, hot water and steam pipelines shall be carried out in accordance with the Code for Construction and Acceptance of Industrial Metal Pipelines, GB 50235-1997.
