Products Performance
1. Reasonable design of water circulation system

SZS fuel gas steam boiler -- equipment debugging instructions
Special note: after the equipment starts to work, the heating speed needs to be controlled, and the temperature cannot increase too fast.
Avoid boiler parts by heat is not uniform, produce too much stress, affect the service life of the boiler.
1. The temperature increase should not be too fast when the fire, to avoid each part due to heat different and produce too much thermal stress, affect the life of the boiler, the first fire from the cold furnace to the working pressure of the time to 4 to 5 hours is appropriate, after the fire, except for special circumstances, the cooling furnace is not less than 2 hours, the hot furnace is not less than 1 hour.
2. When the pressure rises to 0.2-0.3mpa, check whether the manhole and the hand hole cover are leaking. If there is leakage, tighten the bolts of the manhole and the hand hole cover, and check whether the blowdown valve is tight without leakage.
3. When the pressure and temperature in the pot gradually rise, should pay attention to the boiler parts whether there is any special sound, if there is an immediate inspection, when necessary, should stop the furnace inspection, remove the fault can continue to operate.
4. For burner load adjustment and steam pressure adjustment, please refer to the boiler "electric control principle specification".
5. Adjustment of combustion condition: normally, the ratio of air oil to gas in the burner or the ratio of air to gas is discharged from the burner
The factory has been adjusted, so it does not need to be adjusted when the boiler is running.However, if the burner is found to be in poor combustion condition, it should be adjusted by a special debugging engineer.
