SZS fuel gas steam boiler -- equipment debugging instructions
Special note: after the equipment starts to work, the heating speed needs to be controlled, and the temperature cannot increase too fast.
Avoid boiler parts by heat is not uniform, produce too much stress, affect the service life of the boiler.
1. Before commissioning, the boiler should be thoroughly inspected (including accessories and pipelines) before supplying water to the boiler.
Discharge valve must be closed and air valves must be opened to allow air to escape before entering the water.
2. Supply water to boiler to normal water level according to the above method.
3. Open the burner (see the operation of the burner with the burner of the relevant information). At this point the burner enters the automatic control stage of the program. Purge, ignition, flameout protection and other automatic realization.
4. When there is a cast iron economizer, the circulation loop with the water tank should be opened. When there is a steel pipe economizer, the recirculation loop should be opened to protect the economizer at startup.
5. When there is superheater, the superheater outlet box of the vent valve, trap should be opened, so that steam cooling superheater.
Only when the main steam valve is opened to formally send steam to the pipe network, can close the superheater outlet box of the vent valve, trap.
