Dzl Type Different Pressure Coal Fired Boiler with Travelling Chain Grate for Vietnam Paper Factory
Advantages
1.Low original dust concentration. Efficient and energy-saving enhanced combustion technology, and designed with large volume furnace and combustion chamber.
2. Sufficient power output. The middle partition wall structure is conducive to fly ash burning, increase the flue gas stroke, and increase the heat transfer in the combustion chamber.
3. Feature layout refresh energy efficiency. Advanced threaded pipe structure, high heat transfer coefficient, low heat loss, and much higher efficiency than similar products.
4. Conquer the drum kit problem. Part of the riser on the two sides of the header is pulled toward the furnace, and the novel furnace structure avoids the "bullet" defect.
5. Rapid warming. A large number of efficient heat transfer thread pipe is placed in the shell, and the heating time is about 1/3 shorter than that of the water tube boiler.
6. Tube sheet is reliable and durable. The use of arched tube sheets and the addition of partitions will improve the water circulation here and allow the front tube sheets to be adequately cooled.
7. Low investment in boiler room. In the same capacity furnace type, the smallest size, the boiler room investment is reduced by at least 1/3 and the old boiler room is suitable for reconstruction and expansion.
8. Power failure self-protection. The natural circulation makes the water wall not vaporized, and it is possible to prevent damage accidents without special protection measures.
