Classification of small oil heater : coal fired heat conducting oil furnace, fuel heating oil furnace, gas heat conducting oil furnace, electric heating and heat conducting oil furnace.
The horizontal chain coal fired heat-conducting oil furnace is a kind of automatic conveying of combustible materials such as coal to the combustion chamber fuel by using a chain, and the heat-conducting oil is a heat carrier. The circulating oil pump is used to force the liquid phase to circulate, and the heat energy is transferred to the heating equipment, and then returned to the reheated DC type special industrial furnace.
Small oil heater features
1. It has the characteristics of low pressure, high temperature, safety, high efficiency and energy saving.
2. With complete operation control and safety monitoring device, it can precisely control the working temperature.
3. Reasonable structure, complete supporting, short installation period, convenient operation and maintenance, and convenient boiler layout.
4. Because the electric heating organic heat carrier furnace adopts advanced explosion-proof structure, it can be applied to the explosion-proof of Zone II of the factory, and the explosion-proof grade can reach C grade.
High degree of automation
The grate of this structure is a fully automatic chain grate.
Square coil combustion chamber
The boiler combustion chamber consists of a chain grate and front and rear arches. The fuel combustion space is sufficient, the combustion is complete, and the thermal efficiency is high.
Optimal coil design
The radiant section is made of a square coil tube, and the convection section is made of a serpentine tube. The heat-receiving surface tube has good thermal expansion performance, low stress, safety and reliability.
Optimal process design
The flue gas has three return strokes, the medium flows through the convection and the radiation coil, the flow rate is uniform, and the operation is safe and stable.
Sufficient output
The heating surface is arranged reasonably, the area is large, the heat transfer effect is good, the efficiency is high, and the output is stable and sufficient.
Perfect automatic control measures
The oil temperature control is precise, and the medium temperature, pressure and super-smoke temperature are set to multiple control protection to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Automatic control level leading
The boiler controller uses Siemens/Delixi electrical components for reliable performance. The controller has three forms: normal type, Chinese and English menu type with liquid crystal display, and touch screen type for remote control of man-machine dialogue.
Small oil heater can be used in the wood industry, it is mainly used for the hot pressing of fiberboard, particleboard, laminate, plywood, veneer and wood drying equipment, drying equipment, coating equipment and glue machine heating.
