The Vertical coal fired thermal oil boiler is the customary name of “burning coal heat-conducting oil furnace”. Coal fired heat conducting oil boilers can be divided into vertical biomass heat-conducting oil furnaces and horizontal chain coal-fired heat-conducting oil furnaces. The heat-conducting oil furnace is a special kind of boiler. Its working medium (heat medium) is not water, but Heat transfer oil. The main advantage of using heat-conducting oil as working medium is that it can obtain higher working temperature at lower working pressure to meet the needs of industrial low-pressure and high-temperature heat sources.
The Vertical coal fired thermal oil boiler is a holistic system. In addition to the furnace body, there are some auxiliary equipment. The product composition of the thermal oil furnace is described below.
1. The heat transfer oil furnace consists of two parts: the main body of the furnace and the combustion chamber.
2. The heating furnace system consists of three parts: heating system, combustion system and electrical control system.
3. The auxiliary machine of the heating system consists of an expansion tank, an oil storage tank, a hot oil circulation pump, a main oil pump, a filter, and an oil separator.
4. The auxiliary machine of the combustion system consists of a blower, an induced draft fan, and a dust collector.
5. The electrical control system consists of an electric control cabinet and its detection and display instruments.
