YLL-SZ series vertical machine burning biomass heat-conducting oil furnace uses shaped biomass particles, or renewable farm straw, rice husk, etc. as fuel, adopts semi-gasification combined combustion technology, and the structure of heat-conducting oil furnace is reasonable and burns. The operating system is an English operation interface, which has automatic conversion of large and small fires, automatic feeding, high thermal efficiency, full combustion, no pollution, simple and convenient installation, small space occupation and low operating cost.
Features:
1. High efficiency and energy saving. Renewable biomass pellet fuel as energy source, low cost of use, and 30%-60% lower operating cost than fuel (gas);
2. High thermal efficiency. The boiler semi-gasification combined combustion mode of the boiler, coupled with the tangential swirling air distribution design, enables the fuel to be staged and burned at a lower temperature, and the proportion of complete combustion of the fuel reaches over 96%;
3. Stable and reliable. In the mode of positive pressure operation, the tempering oil furnace does not temper and ignite;
4. Low carbon and environmental protection. The content of carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in boiler flue gas is very low, and the pollution to air is small;
