YLW series horizontal coal-fired heat conduction oil furnace
1. YLW series horizontal heat conduction oil furnace uses coal, waste wood and biomass as fuel, and heat transfer oil as medium. The hot oil circulation oil pump is used to force the liquid phase circulation of the medium, and the heat energy is transferred to the heat equipment, and then return. The furnace is reheated, with industrial equipment that achieves higher operating temperatures at lower pressures and enables high-precision control of media operation.
2. The system has high heat utilization rate and convenient operation and maintenance. It is an ideal heating equipment for safety, high efficiency and energy saving.
Features:
1. The combustion chamber of YLW series heat-conducting oil furnace consists of large-diameter coils with sufficient combustion space to ensure the complete combustion of fuel and maximize the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
2. The coils inside and outside the boiler are composed of long-headed and small-diameter steel tubes. The coil has good thermal expansion performance, low stress and high safety factor.
3. Three-way design of flue gas, the medium flows through the inner and outer coils in the boiler, and the flow rate is uniform, and the operation is safe, stable and reliable.
4. The heat-receiving oil furnace has a reasonable heating surface layout, large area, good heat transfer effect and high combustion efficiency.
5. The company's heat-conducting oil furnace is designed with multiple safety protection devices. At the same time, the fire mirror and inspection passage are designed, which can easily detect the combustion of the fuel and facilitate the inspection and maintenance of the furnace.
