Features

SZS gas steam boiler
SZS series of range of the parameters of the steam boiler: rated evaporation capacity of 4 ~ 20 t/h, the rated pressure of 0.7 ~ 2.45 MPa, supply/return water temperature for saturated or overheated temperature (℃).
SZS series of hot water boiler parameters: rated capacity of 2.8 ~ 14 mw, rated pressure is 0.7 ~ 1.25 MPa, steam temperature for 95/70 ℃, 115/70 ℃, 130/70 ℃.
Main features of SZS series double pot simple longitudinal water tube boiler:
1. Vertical arrangement of water-tube oil-fired and gas-fired boilers for the double boiler barrel, the furnace body is composed of upper and lower boiler barrel, convection tube bundle, burner, furnace wall, economizer, etc., and the larger capacity is also equipped with air preheater, superheater.
There are two types of structure: quick assembly and assembly.
2. The boiler adopts mechanical atomization micro-positive pressure (or negative pressure) combustion, and the diameter of the convection pipe bundle is small. The enhanced combustion is conducive to heat transfer and boiler efficiency.
Burners can also be configured according to the type of fuel used.
3. Equipped with perfect boiler automatic control device, it can realize automatic control of boiler feed water and combustion, as well as extremely high and very low water level and overpressure protection.
Computer control system can be used as required.
