Main design principles of gas hot water boiler:
1. Low investment in boiler equipment
-- gas boilers choose higher furnace load, so as to reduce the furnace volume, because the heating surface pollution, ligation, wear and other problems.
Higher smoke velocity and smaller size of convection heating surface are available.
The structure of gas-fired boilers with the same capacity as coal-fired boilers is compact, the size is small, the weight is light and the equipment investment is obviously reduced by reasonable arrangement of convection tube bundles.
-- gas boilers use pipelines to transport gas as fuel and do not require fuel storage equipment.
Also do not need to blow ash, dust remover, slag removal equipment, and fuel dryer and other ancillary equipment, is the system greatly simplified.
2. Low operation cost
-- gas boiler has strong adaptability to heat load and flexible adjustment in the system.

-- since there is no slagging and corrosion of the heating surface at high and low temperature, it is not necessary to replace the pipe fitting of the heating surface.
