1, Introduction

This product adopts horizontal internal combustion wet-back four-return pyrotechnic tube structure, the combustion mode is: chamber type gas boiler; the flue gas system is forced positive pressure ventilation; the fuel type is mainly gas. This product is simple in structure and easy to manufacture. Open the smoke box to directly inspect the furnace and all the pipes, the structure is compact, and the boiler starts up quickly. The boiler basically has no smoke leakage, low heat loss, high thermal efficiency and fully automatic control.

3, Structure

1) The boiler cycle is a natural circulation circuit;
2) Boiler heating elements: The designed heating elements of the boiler are divided into corrugated furnace, flat furnace, furnace head, and convection tube bundle. The corrugated furnace, the flat furnace and the furnace head are radiation heating surfaces, and the convection tube bundle (threaded tobacco tube) is a convection heating surface. The shape of the corrugated furnace is φ600mm, the length is 1380mm, the diameter of the straight furnace is φ600mm, and the length is 450mm, which is the radiation heating area. 5, Performance characteristics:
