Brief Description
The DZH biomass boiler produced by the company is a horizontal three-return tubular boiler. The combustion process of the fuel can be briefly described as: the operator can throw the biomass fuel into the furnace, and after the fuel is fully burned in the furnace, the high-temperature smoke enters the front smoke box through two sets of airfoil flues arranged on both sides of the furnace. The threaded tube inserted into the drum is then inserted into the rear smoke box. It is then drawn into the flue, dust collector and chimney by an induced draft fan and finally discharged to the atmosphere. The boiler is safe and stable in operation, easy to operate, and low in failure rate.

Description ------- Check items before the start of biomass boiler
1, Check all valves and put them in the following states:
Steam system: The main valve is closed after the switch test, and the door and other doors are closed (before the 72-hour trial run).
Water supply system: the water supply outlet and the discharge outlet are closed, and the water gate and economizer entrance door are opened.
Cooling system: After the manual door of the desuperheater is opened, the electric adjustment door is closed.
Water discharge system: the sewage door and the sewage discharge secondary door of each header are closed, the main sewage door is regularly drained, and the continuous sewage door is opened.
Drainage system: all the hydrophobic doors in front of the main valve and the hydrophobic door behind the main valve are opened.
Steam and furnace water sampling door, the drum filling door is opened, and the dosing pump outlet door is closed.
The valve and water gate of the drum water level gauge are opened and the water release door is closed.
All pressure gauges are turned on and all flow meters are turned on.
The air door is opened (the water supply air door can be closed), and the air exhaust valve is opened.
2, Check all damper flaps and place them in the following positions.
The inlet baffle of the induced draft fan is closed after the switch test, and the outlet baffle is opened.
The blower inlet baffle is closed after the switch test.
The ash removal system is in an operational state and is closed before starting.
3, Check the combustion chamber, the inside of the grate without coke and debris: the entrance, the inspection door is complete, the closure is tight, the ash discharge is smooth, and the cover is complete.
4, Check the dust collector and it is in good working condition.
5, Check the rotating machinery, the bearing lubricating oil is clean, the oil level is normal, the cooling water is turned on. The door is normal, the water flow is normal, the anchor bolt and the safety cover are firm.
6, The ignition operating system and alarm system are in good working condition.
7,The slag remover is in good working condition.
