High performance diesel burner for boiler and industrial oil burner for electric equipment
A diesel burner for boiler is a common industrial device that uses chemical combustion to convert fuel into heat. It is the important auxiliary equipment for gas and oil boilers. Diesel burner for boiler is also widely used in technical heat treatment, drying, baking, drying, incineration and other related fields.
The composition of the fuel burner: generally consists of a burner casing, a program controller, a fan, an oil pump, a servo motor, an electric eye, a solenoid valve, a combustion head, and the like.
Function introduction: The diesel burner for boiler casing is the carrier of each component, many components are fastened on the casing; the program controller is used to control the ignition program; the fan is used to drive the impeller to provide enough air for combustion; The shaft is connected to the fan, the fan rotates to drive the oil pump, and the fuel can be supplied with a certain pressure; the servo motor is used to control the damper baffle, thereby adjusting the intake air volume, and the combustion process of the fuel can be optimized; the electric eye is a burner The safety protection device transmits the current signal to the program controller in the presence of a flame, and the program can continue, otherwise it will stop. The combustion head has a pair of ignition electrodes and injectors, which are used to ignite the fuel after passing through the transformer.
Diesel burner for boiler performance:
1. Light oil burner
2. Two-stage sliding/modulating/electronic working
3. High pressure mechanical atomisation of fuel using nozzle.
4. Ability to obtain optimal combustion values by regulating combustion air and blast-pipe.

6. Two stage air flow regulation for first and second stage by means of hydraulic regulator.
7. Sliding/modulating minimum and maximum air flow regulation for first and second stage by means of electric servomotor with pause closure of gate to prevent any heat dispersion to flue.
8. Electronic with two servo motor control the proportion of fuel and air regulation.
9. Pauses burner, air door closed in order to reduce heat loss in the furnace.
10. The servo motor which fixed with a cam can adjust the consumption for fuel and air.
11. It adjusts on flange and heat-resistance insulated pad to connect with boiler.
