The fuel oil burner is a device for ejecting fuel and air in a certain manner and mixing and burning, and is made of a corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant material such as stainless steel or titanium metal. According to the different atomization forms, it can be divided into mechanical atomization and medium atomization. As an efficient combustion equipment, the burner is an important auxiliary equipment for industrial boilers, and is also widely used in metal heat treatment, baking varnish, drying and other industries.
The fuel used in the fuel oil burner is light diesel and heavy diesel. According to the quality of the products, light diesel oil can be divided into three grades: superior grade, first grade and qualified quality. Each grade is divided into 0, 10, -10, -20, -35, and -50 by 6 grades according to the freezing point. Industrial boilers generally use No. 0 or No. 10 diesel. Heavy oil is made up of cracked heavy oil, vacuum heavy oil, atmospheric heavy oil or wax oil according to different proportions. According to the kinematic viscosity at 80 °C, it can be divided into four grades of 20, 60, 100 and 200.
Fuel oil burner performance and structural characteristics:
1. The series fuel oil burner are compact in structure, beautiful in appearance and convenient to install.
2. The combination of multi-head internal mixing and wind dispersion is used to make combustion safer, more stable and more efficient.
3. The design pressure is 8-10KPa, and it can also be designed according to the actual working conditions of the user.
4. A wide range of power adjustment: 30-110%.
5. The flame size can be designed according to user requirements.
6. Configure different automatic control modes according to user requirements. Such as fire-breaking type (damper fire control, variable frequency fire control), damper adjustment proportional, frequency conversion proportional, touch screen digital control, industrial computer frequency conversion proportional control.
7. Gas and damper independent channel control adopts on-line setting of wind/gas ratio K value to accurately control wind/gas ratio and prevent errors caused by connecting rod drive.
8. The system has various safety interlock protections such as flame detection, over temperature, over pressure, and valve group leak detection.
9. Automatic control and manual operation two working modes, equipment reliability is higher.
10. The fan material is light aluminum alloy.
11. Sliding flange can adjust the position of the burner into the boiler.
12. A device made of sound absorbing material to reduce the noise of the fan.
13. Gear pump with pressure regulator, fuel shut-off valve and safety valve.
14. Equipped with high performance centrifugal fan.
