Low NOx emission recycled oil burner and industrial oil burner for industrial gas/oil steam boiler
The recycled oil burner is a device for ejecting fuel and air in a certain manner and mixing and burning, and is made of a corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant material such as stainless steel or titanium metal. The industrial oil burner is an oil-based combustion device mainly composed of an atomizer and a wind register. According to the different atomization forms, industrial oil burner can be divided into mechanical atomization and medium atomization. As an efficient combustion equipment, the burner is an important auxiliary equipment for industrial boilers, and is also widely used in metal heat treatment, baking varnish, drying and other industries.
According to the adjustment method, the fuel of recycled oil burner can be divided into primary adjustment, secondary adjustment, tertiary adjustment and proportional adjustment. The primary adjustment burner has only one nozzle, so the load cannot be adjusted; the secondary adjustment burner has two nozzles that can output flames of different strengths; the three-stage adjustment burner has three nozzles, so that three different flames can be output. Although the proportional adjustment burner has only one adjustment nozzle, the load can be adjusted arbitrarily.
