The YQW series thermal boiler adopts a three-return circular tube structure, and the end of the coil adopts a shrink coil, which effectively protects the furnace wall at the end of the boiler, is equipped with an advanced combustion device, and the thermal boiler operation is fully automated. After the fuel is ignited by the burner, the formed torch is filled in the disc tube and transmits radiant heat through the wall of the coil, which is the first return stroke. The high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion gathers at the rear furnace door and turns into the second return stroke, that is, the convection tube bundle region. After the convective heat exchange, the flue gas temperature is gradually lowered to the front furnace door, and then turned into the third return pipe bundle. The zone is then discharged into the chimney via the economizer to the atmosphere.

High combustion efficiency
1. YQW series fuel/gas horizontal heat transfer oil boiler uses high quality insulation material inside and external stainless steel plate to minimize heat loss and improve operating environment.
2. Multi-layer densely packed tube bundles and multiple coils for sealing and fixing action per turn to prevent smoke short circuit.
3. The residual moisture is removed at the factory, and the system exhaust time is reduced from 12 days to 2 days, which improves the efficiency of the boiler.

1.YQW series thermal boiler steel pipe processing, using CNC three-dimensional laser cutting machine to ensure product processing quality.
2. The production of the disc tube adopts the CNC coil production line, which is formed once and does not need to be shaped, which guarantees the quality of the product to the greatest extent.
3. The pipe is docked by automatic argon arc welding process, and the X-ray 100% flaw detection of the weld is carried out to prevent the unqualified weld from entering the coil production line.
