The DZL series coal fired boiler is a single-cylinder vertical-type water-fired tube-shell boiler, and the combustion equipment is a chain grate. The water-cooling wall on the left and right sides of the furnace is the radiant heating surface, the two wings of the furnace are convective heating surfaces, the convection heating surface of the threaded tobacco pipe is arranged in the drum, and the front and rear arches are made of heat-resistant concrete integrally cast enamel. The main production of the coal fired boiler is strictly in accordance with the requirements of the “Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Supervision Regulations” and the “Steam Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Regulations”, and the quality is reliable. The boiler's water supply system can be automatically controlled, and the wind speed adjustment enables remote control. In addition, the boiler has high temperature, high pressure, over water level alarm and protection functions, and the safety performance is extremely high.
Coal fired boiler structure features:
1. Adopt high-efficiency heat transfer element--threaded pipe to match reasonable flue gas flow rate to avoid dust accumulation, and the boiler has high combustion efficiency.
2. The arched tube plate makes the boiler shell become quasi-elastic, matching the flue of reasonable structure, avoiding the disadvantages of the tube cracking of the tube under high temperature conditions.
3. There is no flame radiation at the bottom of the boiler casing, which reduces the risk of damage to the bottom of the coal fired boiler.
4. The coal fired boiler has designed a reasonable water circulation loop and installed a unique water return device to improve the quality of the water wall tube.
5. The coal fired boiler adopts advanced soot separation technology to match the high efficiency multi-tube dust collector, which reduces the concentration of harmful emissions.
6. The coal fired boiler adopts energy-saving furnace arch, which has strong adaptability to ensure stable and full combustion of fuel.
