    SZL type water tube coal-burning boiler is a double-drum longitudinal chain type boiler.

   The coal burning boiler's body consists of a longitudinal drum and a convection tube bundle. The left and right sides of the combustion chamber are provided with water-cooled wall tubes, the upper drum is equipped with a steam-water separation device and a surface sewage device, and the lower drum is provided with a regular sewage device. The economizer is installed at the rear of the boiler. The coal burning boiler adopts the light chain grate to realize the purpose of automatic fuel injection. At the same time, the air blower and the induced draft fan are used for mechanical ventilation, and the spiral slag machine realizes the purpose of automatic slag removal.

Coal burning boiler features:
1. The chain grate adopts a new grate piece, the reliability of the grate is greatly improved, and the purpose of the heat receiving furnace row piece is not easily damaged. It can save fuel by 1-2%.

2. The combustion equipment (grate) adopts an equal-pressure ventilation structure on both sides, which can achieve the purpose of segmental air supply so that the air coefficient of the furnace is not higher than 1.5.

3. The furnace is specially designed for furnace drying, which not only improves the strength but also increases the furnace temperature to make the fuel burn more fully.

Fault diagnosis and processing system features
1. Steam pressure over-limit protection: When the steam in the pot is over-pressure, the control system immediately enters the equipment to stop working, and the sound and light alarm is given. The screen displays “Vapor pressure is extremely high”. Until the fault is eliminated, press the reset button to cancel the alarm state.

2. Water shortage protection: When the boiler has a low water level failure due to pump failure or other reasons, the control system immediately turns off the burner power supply, enters the interlocking state, sound and light alarm until the fault is eliminated, and then press the reset button to cancel the alarm state.

3. Boiler water level over-limit protection: When the water level is higher than the upper limit warning water level, the sound and light alarm. Prompt "the water level in the pot is too high", the display prompts drainage, and the pump starts to drain. The fault is automatically restored after the fault is eliminated, and the pump stops working.
