Working principle of travelling grate boiler: DZL boiler is a horizontal three-return water-fire tube structure, and the combustion equipment is a light chain grate. The travelling grate boiler body adopts a longitudinal arrangement of a single drum, and a convection heating surface is formed by a threaded tobacco tube in the drum. The drum and the water-cooled walls on both sides form a furnace heating surface. The boiler can be installed quickly. The equipped electrical control system can realize the stepless speed regulation of the grate, the limit parameter alarm and the interlock protection.
Features:
Exquisite production technology
1. The key machining processes such as boiler steel plate blanking and tube sheet drilling use advanced CNC machining technology to reduce assembly stress and extend boiler service life.
2. All seam welding of the boiler adopts advanced submerged arc automatic welding technology to ensure the welding quality.
3. The first in the country to adopt arched tube plate and threaded pipe structure to increase heat conduction, completely solve the problem of cracking of the rear tube sheet.
4. Steel pipe cutting, threaded pipe pressing and convection pipe processing are all advanced CNC technology.
Unique design
1. The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion first enters the splayed flue on both sides of the body from the tail (in this case, the water pipe type), and the flue gas flows outside the pipe. The flue gas cooled by the splayed flue enters the threaded pipe (in this case, the fire pipe type) disposed in the drum through the front smoke box. Finally, the flue gas is discharged from the rear smoke box. This design fundamentally solves the problem of tube plate cracking of the pure fire tube boiler.
Safe and reliable
1. All seam welding is subjected to X-ray inspection to ensure the quality of the weld and to prevent the occurrence of unqualified products.
2. The chain grate is manufactured by our factory. It is tested for 72 hours before leaving the factory to ensure the grate works normally.
3. Set process monitoring points to fully guarantee product quality.
Auxiliary machine configuration
1. The chain grate is all made of light steel, which is reasonably operated to ensure sufficient fuel combustion.
2. The inspection door is designed on the hearth for easy maintenance and maintenance.
High degree of automation
1. The travelling grate boiler produced by the company is equipped with an advanced automatic control system, which can detect the operation of the equipment in real time;
