Industrial thermal oil heater structure
1. YLW type chain grate industrial thermal oil heater is a horizontal multi-return pipe type new heat carrier furnace, in which a dense row of radiation heating pipes is arranged in the furnace.
2. The left and right sides of the furnace are equipped with dense convection tube bundles.
3. Industrial thermal oil heater adopts light chain grate to realize mechanical coal feeding, equipped with a blower and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and equipped with scraper type slag discharging machine to realize automatic slag discharge.
4. Industrial thermal oil heater uses a new energy-saving technology furnace arch.
5. The fuel falls from the coal hopper to the grate, and after entering the furnace, the flame is refracted upwards and then turned to the front smoke box through the combustion chambers on both sides of the body, and then the front smoke box is folded back into the inner tube bundle. The smoke box enters the economizer and is then drawn by the induced draft fan through the flue to the chimney to the atmosphere.
Industrial thermal oil heater features
1. Industrial thermal oil heater is a new type of special boiler, also known as organic heat carrier furnace, with low pressure and high temperature working characteristics, it's heating temperature can reach liquid phase 340 ° C or vapor phase 400 ° C degree.
2. The organic heat carrier can be used for heating in any production occasion where the heating temperature is uniform and stable and the flame is not allowed to be directly heated. The heating temperature is between 150 °C and 380 °C.
3. Industrial thermal oil heater generally uses coal, oil, and steam as fuel, and heat transfer oil as the medium. The hot oil circulation oil pump is used to force the medium to carry out liquid phase circulation, and the heat energy is transferred to the heat equipment and then returned to the heating furnace for reheating.
