Heating Oil Boiler Structure:
1. YLW series Heating Oil Boiler is an assembled forced circulation chain grate boiler. The front part of the main body is the furnace radiation receiving surface, which is composed of two rows of coiled tubes. The rear part is convective flushing heating surface, which is composed of a serpentine bundle.
2. The Heating Oil Boiler consists of an upper body and a lower chain grate, and the site is combined on site.
3. The air preheater is placed behind the Heating Oil Boiler.
The high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion is sucked away in the furnace;
The heat is transferred to the convection heating surface through the diverting chamber;
The air heated by the Heating Oil Boiler in the air preheater is heated into the boiler;
Then the flue gas is sent by the induced draft fan through the dust remover.;
The gas goes to the chimney is discharged into the atmosphere.
Heating Oil Boiler Features:
1) Easy to install, as long as the upper body and the lower grate are closed, the installation period is short.
2) The furnace adopts double-tight row of coils, and the heating surface is adequately arranged to reduce the heat load on the surface of the pipe, making the heat transfer oil safer to use.
3) The medium flow is reasonable. The heat transfer oil is from low (inlet) to high (outlet). The gas generated during operation is difficult to stay in the furnace and can be easily discharged from the system.
4) The design of the furnace arch is reasonable, the flue gas stays in the furnace for a long time and the combustion is more complete.
The heating chamber is arranged to turn to the smoke chamber, so that the partition wall avoids the direct flushing of the high-temperature flue gas, and effectively prevents the smoke short circuit caused by the falling off of the smoke-proof wall.
