Stainless steel coal fired thermal oil heater and thermal oil boiler for paper production line
The horizontal chain grate coal fired thermal oil heater is a three-return heat carrier boiler. Radiant heat pipes are arranged in the furnace of the boiler, and convection tube bundles are arranged on both sides of the furnace. The coal fired thermal oil heater uses the light chain grate to realize mechanical coal feeding, adopts blower and induced draft fan for rapid ventilation, and is equipped with a scraper type slag removing machine, and the slag can be automatically removed. Working process: the fuel enters the furnace from the grate for combustion, and the flame is refracted, and enters the front smoke box from the combustion chambers on both sides of the body, and then enters the economizer through the rear smoke box, and finally is discharged from the chimney by the induced draft fan.
Coal fired thermal oil heater performance characteristics
1. The thermal oil boiler has low pressure and high temperature characteristics, convenient adjustment, and can meet the precise process temperature.
2. The thermal oil boiler adopts liquid phase circulation heating, which greatly reduces the heat loss and has high thermal efficiency.
3. The use of advanced temperature compensation measures to make up for the impact of temperature changes in the working medium on heat.
4. Strictly control the air, moisture and other low volatile content in the medium to maximize the production efficiency of the boiler.
5. The thermal oil boiler insulation performance is good, using high-efficiency insulation materials and processing technology, the furnace wall heat loss is small.
6. The thermic fluid boiler has complete operation control and safety detection device, which is easy to operate and stable in operation.
7. The thermic fluid boiler dopts three-return structure. The heat-conducting oil passes through the convection tube and the radiant coil, the flow rate is uniform, and the boiler runs safely and reliably.
