The YY(Q)L(W) series fuel (gas) thermal oil heater has a compact heating surface, and the heating surface is composed of inner and outer densely arranged discs. The inner coil is a radiation heating surface, and the outer coil and the inner coil are The outer surface constitutes a convection heating surface. The thermal oil heater consists of an upper body and a lower combustion chamber. After the fuel is fully combusted in the combustion chamber, most of the heat is absorbed by the radiant heating surface, and the high-temperature flue gas enters the convective heating surface for heat exchange. After the flue gas passes through the precipitator, it is discharged by the induced draft fan.
Thermal oil heater features
1. Operating safety
The boiler is equipped with a full set of control and monitoring devices, such as overpressure alarm, high and low water level alarms, etc., to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
2. Combustion efficiency
The thermal fluid systems adopts a liquid phase circulation heating mode, which reduces the heat loss and the heat supply system has high thermal efficiency.
3. Full combustion
The thermal fluid systems combustion chamber is composed of large-diameter coils, and the fuel combustion space is sufficient and the combustion is complete.
4. Reliable quality
The spiral coils inside and outside the furnace are made of multi-headed and small-diameter steel tubes, and the coils have good thermal expansion performance and low stress.
5. High production efficiency
Strictly control the air, moisture and other low volatile content in the medium to maximize the boiler production efficiency.

The heat-conducting oil furnace uses a movable smoke case to facilitate boiler maintenance and cleaning work.
