Three pass condensing commercial gas boiler and gas fired boilers for dehydrating fruits and vegetables
The WNS series commercial gas boiler adopts a wet-back three-return structure, and the smoke pipes are symmetrically arranged and evenly distributed. This structure can improve the stress distribution of the tube sheets. The combustion chamber of the boiler is completely immersed in water, and the cooling performance of the equipment is excellent. At the same time, the tube plate at the rear of the commercial gas boiler is not washed by high temperature flue gas and has a long service life.
Features
1. The WNS commercial gas boiler is made of high-quality aluminum silicate fiber, and then refractory mud is used to keep the temperature of the furnace below 45°C, which effectively controls heat loss.
2. The corrugated furnace on the boiler not only increases the heating area, but also alleviates the damage to the combustion chamber caused by thermal expansion and contraction, and improves the strength of the equipment.
3. The front and rear of the boiler are hinged, which is very convenient for equipment maintenance.
4. The gas fired boilers is designed with sufficient steam space, which reduces the speed at which steam escapes from the surface. An internally installed soda separator ensures a stable output of high quality steam.
5. The stainless steel threaded pipe is used to enhance the heat exchange effect of the boiler and improve the thermal efficiency.
6, The application of advanced digital control technology remote monitoring of the combustion process. The degree of automation is high, various protections are perfect, and automatic monitoring of water level pressure and pressure is realized.
7. The condensing heat ex-changer is added to the tail of the boiler to reduce the exhaust gas temperature and absorb the waste heat in the flue gas to improve the efficiency of the boiler (up to 95%).
8.The gas fired boilers is designed with a fire hole and an inspection passage. The combustion flame can be easily observed during the operation of the equipment, and the furnace is easy to repair and maintain.
