WNS type fuel oil boiler is currently an advanced environmentally friendly product in China. Gas/oil boiler is a horizontal internal combustion three-return shell-type full-speed steam or hot water boiler with a wet-back and corrugated furnace structure, and the threaded pipe heat transfer. Oil Steam Boiler Structural Features
1. The combustion chamber adopts a low-position, symmetrically arranged structure to increase the safe water level of the fuel oil boiler, which can minimize the hazard of water shortage accidents.
2. The threaded pipe of the second and third processes is symmetrically arranged around the furnace, which greatly reduces the stress of the front and rear tube sheets.
3. The wet-back structure is adopted to improve the boiler operating environment, improve the oil steam boiler thermal efficiency and service life; the design of the smoke flow passage area and the high-speed flow of the flue gas ensure the optimal heat transfer effect of the boiler.
4. Increase the water volume in the high temperature tube sheet area, increase the water disturbance speed, ensure the normal circulation of the tube sheet in the high temperature area, and solve the problem of tube plate crack caused by the fouling of the tube sheet in the high temperature area of the boiler.
5. The front and rear smoke boxes adopt the movable structure, and the interior is made of aluminum silicate board and refractory concrete with low thermal conductivity and good heat insulation. The smoke box is sealed with asbestos rubber, and the pressing device adopts joint bolts to make it have good heat insulation. Sex and sealing.
6. The fuel oil boiler insulation layer adopts the double structure of aluminum silicate board and glass fiber cotton, and the heat preservation effect is good. The temperature difference between the surface temperature of the furnace body and the environment is not more than 45 °C.
7. The pressure bearing parts of the fuel oil boiler body are automatically welded, which can effectively guarantee the welding quality, and all the welds are detected by radiation.
