WNS diesel steam boiler refers to a fully automatic high efficiency gas steam boiler. This gas/oil boiler adopts horizontal internal combustion full wet back structure, internally designed threaded tobacco pipe, and is equipped with perfect insulation structure. Technical features
1. The inside of the diesel steam boiler adopts the structure of the corrugated furnace and the threaded pipe with good flexibility, which not only improves the heat absorption strength of the boiler, but also satisfies the requirement of heat expansion of the heat exchange surface, and the boiler equipment is durable.
2. The high efficiency diesel steam boiler adopts a three-return soot pipe structure, which can make the fuel burn positive pressure in the combustion chamber, has low combustion heat load, high combustion heat efficiency, effectively reduces the exhaust gas temperature, and saves fuel.
3. The high efficiency diesel steam boiler is equipped with multi-level safety protection devices, such as pressure switch protection (automatic shutdown and alarm above set pressure), low water level protection (water level in boiler body is lower than warning water level, automatic power off and alarm), safety valve protection (Boiler pressure exceeds working pressure, automatic deflation and pressure reduction) to ensure that the industrial gas fired steam boilers can operate safely under various working conditions.
4. The oil heating boiler has a large space inside the furnace, which can store a large amount of steam, and has a strong load capacity. In addition, the steam separator device is designed to meet the user's requirements for steam quality. The cleaning, maintenance and maintenance of the inside of the furnace is convenient.
5. The oil steam boiler uses a fully automatic control system for easy operation. On the operation panel, the user can perform operations such as start-stop, load adjustment, and automatic water supply. In addition, the device has a fault diagnosis function, and when an abnormal phenomenon occurs during operation, the combustion is automatically interrupted, and an audible and visual alarm is performed.
