Hot Water Boiler System Features
1.The hot water boiler system, which adopts water-cooled elbow structure. This structure has the characteristics of large heating area and high thermal efficiency. The shell adopts elliptical head and the grate adopts cast iron circular grate for durability and service life long.
2.The coal fired hot water boiler, the internal heat-receiving pipes are all straight pipes, and there are enough cleaning devices to facilitate the operators to clean the dirt and facilitate the quality inspection.
3.Horizontal wall pipes are installed on the left and right sides of the horizontal coal-fired hot water boiler, and a wing-shaped flue is formed. A threaded tobacco pipe is arranged in the drum. The use of movable grate can effectively reduce the loss of coal.
4.The horizontal high efficiency hot water boiler is equipped with a large enough inspection hole at the upper part. The personnel can enter the inside of the furnace body from the inspection hole, which is very convenient for the operator to carry out quality inspection and maintenance work.
5.Hot water boiler are widely used in factories, hotels, hospitals, office buildings, schools, bathing centers, and other places to meet the needs of bathing, domestic water and heating.
6.The design and manufacture of coal fired hot water boiler are strictly in accordance with the "Safety Supervision Regulations for Small and Normal Pressure Hot Water Boilers" and JB/T7985-2002 "Technical Conditions for Small Boilers and Atmospheric Pressure Hot Water Boilers" and "Manufacture of Shell Boiler Body" The requirements of Technical Conditions are strictly enforced.
