Operational safety
1. The high temperature zone of the SZS series fuel/gas boiler body adopts forced circulation to ensure reliable cooling of each part of the heating surface and prevent vaporization.
2. The SZS series fuel/gas boilers are equipped with explosion-proof doors and flame detectors for safe and reliable operation.
3. The sealing between the membrane wall and the drum on both sides of the boiler adopts a comb plate, which eliminates the problem of condensed water and gas leakage caused by the refractory concrete seal.
4. The fuel/gas boiler is tested for air tightness before leaving the factory to ensure that there is no leakage of gas.
Environmental protection
1. SZS series fuel/gas boilers have larger furnaces, combined with ultra-low nitrogen burners, NOx as low as 30mg/Nm3
2. Insulation measures are adopted at the flue and boiler flue gas outlets, which effectively reduces the noise during boiler operation.
3. The combustion chamber adopts a full-membrane water-cooled wall structure, which adopts micro-positive pressure combustion, has no cross-talk problem and has no pollution in the operating environment.
Energy saving
1. SZS series fuel/gas saturated steam boiler adopts high quality aluminum silicate fiber, and then refractory mud insulation, the furnace temperature is controlled below 45 °C, effectively controlling heat loss.
2. The combustion chamber adopts a narrow-pitch tubular membrane type water-cooled wall, which has good airtightness, reduces heat loss, and improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
The inside of the observation hole is made of a molded high-aluminum refractory material and a manhole cover sealing device, which changes the problem of overheating the portion by refractory brick masonry.
Easy to operate
1. SZS series fuel/gas boilers are arranged in front and rear of the upper and lower drums, and the inspection door is arranged at the rear of the boiler. It is convenient to open, which is convenient for users to overhaul and clean the inside and outside.
Long life
1. The front and rear walls of the SZS series fuel/gas boiler body adopt membrane structure, which greatly improves the service life of the front and rear walls and ensures the service life of more than 20 years.
2. The key machining processes such as steel plate slanting, circle and drum drilling all adopt advanced CNC machining technology to reduce assembly stress and extend boiler service life.
3. All the convection pipes in the high temperature zone use anti-vibration fasteners to prevent the rupture of the convection pipe bundle.
