Operational safety
1. The combustion chamber adopts a corrugated furnace or a straight furnace, a butt weld, and a wet-back structure, which avoids the characteristics that the rear tube sheet is easily burned by high temperature and high smoke, and ensures the safety of the boiler.
2. The boiler body is connected to the expansion water tank, and the expansion water tank is directly connected to the atmosphere and is operated under normal pressure.

1. The main body of the boiler is manufactured, inspected and of good quality in strict accordance with JB/T7985-95 "General Technical Conditions for Atmospheric Pressure Boilers" and related standards.
2. The burner adopts imported brand, pressure atomization, complete combustion and low running noise, which can effectively guarantee the operation of the boiler.
Automatic Control System
10 ton steam boiler operation realizes automatic control, the outlet water temperature is automatically adjusted, the boiler ignition program can realize automatic start, and at the same time, it is equipped with various alarm interlocking protection devices such as water shortage, overheating, overpressure and flameout to ensure efficient, safe and reliable operation of the boiler.
