Our company has more than 50 years of production experience and has formed the production capacity of more than 200 varieties of 9 series including 9000 steam tons of power station boilers, industrial boilers, pressure vessels and power plant boilers. 1. Gas fired steam boilers residential consists of the boiler main unit, the soot, and the piping system. The main engine and the soot part have been manufactured in the factory. The pipeline valves and instruments supported by the main machine have been randomly installed and transported to the site to host and The soot can be assembled.
2. Test the vehicle by connecting the air source, power supply and water pipeline on site. The installation cycle is greatly shortened and the product quality is guaranteed.
3. Joint control method using mechatronics control equipment and programmable logic controller (PLC). The advanced programmable logic controller (PLC) is the "central processor" of the control system. The control system is operated by the touch screen to make the boiler automatic control and reliable operation.
4. Scientific product design, advanced processing technology, strict quality control, and the continuous operation life of all boiler equipment produced by our factory is more than 10 years. The radiant heating surface of the boiler is a full corrugated furnace, and the convection heating surface adopts a threaded tobacco tube. The heating surface is large, the boiler produces heat and the heat efficiency is as high as 92% or more, which is higher than the national regulations.
