Feature:

Using a specialized screw for LSZH material and strictly controlling the compression ratio based on the material's unique characteristics.

Ensuring the tensile strength, elongation, and surface finish of LSZH material by choosing a squeezing mold for insulation and a semi-squeezing mold for sheathing.

The entire line is controlled by PLC with a human-machine interaction interface, using digital control technology and PLC programs for a reliable and flexible control system.

The cooling system of the entire line is crucial for extruding LSZH material, therefore, a special heating and cooling temperature control system is adopted.
