1. The composition and characteristics of the product

TPS-2 high efficiency H2S scavenger is a composite mixture containing main agent heterocyclic compound , H2S scavenger synergist,, Catalyst, stabilizer and mutual solvents. It belongs to water-soluble oil dispersion type product.

It has the characteristics of fast scavenger speed, high scavenger capacity, high flash point, low condensation point (it can be lower than -30℃ according to field site requirements ) and so on.

The special structure heterocyclic compound and sulfides compounds like hydrogen sulfide can generate stable irreversible water-soluble or water dispersion products when it acts with HS^-/S^2- -formed by ionization.

These rreversible water-soluble or water dispersion substances are insoluble with hydrocarbon structure crude oil and natural gas, and has no adverse effect on purifying crude oil or natural gas quality. Lab experimental results show that there is no negative effect on the corrosion of the extracted water treatment system when these reaction products enter the wastewater system.

Compared with conventional heterocyclic organic amine or amine plus additives H2S scavengersw, The desulfurization efficacy of TPS-2 is more than two times efficient, the desulfurization speed is much faster;For the special production sites such as natural gas and remote sulfur containing crude oil single well, which requires low dosages and rapid desulfurization, TPS-2 shows extraordinary unparalelled advantages (compared with TPS-1 and other traditional Triazines types H2H scavengers.)

2. The technical characteristics

(1) Ultra-high sulfur capacity:

The sulfur capacity of conventional H2S scavengers like amine and heterocyclic compounds are generally not more than 15%, while TPS-2 high efficiency H2S scavenger has higher sulfur capacity. Its effective sulfur capacity is more than 30%, more than twice times more than that of conventional H2S scavenger products;

(2)Faster desulfurization speed, much higher desulfurization efficiency:

At the ideal state of gas phase, liquid phase and double phase handling sites, it desulfurization rate is more than 99.5% in a few minutes. This characteristic makes TPS-2 becomes the best choice for extreme operating oil or gas field sites, for example,high sulfur oil fields, high sulfur high yield gas fields and high sulfur single oil field drillings .

(3) Better Cost-effective :

Compared with conventional H2S scavengers (such as heterocyclic organic amine), TPS-2 high efficiency H2S scavenger has obvious cost-effective advantages, the desulfurization efficiency is more than 200%, the absorption speed is more than 4 times times, and the comprehensive operation costs of Desulfurization is reduced by more than 20%. TPS-2 can directly and completely take place of common H2S scavengers (such as heterocyclic organic amine) in actual using sites.

(5)The desulfurization resultants are environmental degradation:

After desulfurization reaction using TPS-2 products, the resultant product is completely separated from oil and gas, which has no adverse effect on the quality of crude oil.And after separation into the sewage system, it will not increase the corrosion trend of the system, moreover, the reaction resultants are environmentally friendly and environmentally degradable.
