Wood sawdust pellet machine is made from solid waste such as corn cob, wheat straw, straw, peanut shell, corn cob, cotton rod, soybean rod, chaff, weed, branch, leaf, sawdust, bark, etc into pellets.The pellet is easy to storage and used for fuel.Wood sawdust pellet production line included wood crusher machine,conveyor machine,and sawdust dryer machine,etc. When working, powder material falls vertically on the surface of the mold from the feeder inlet of the pellet machine, and pass through the through hole of the mold under the rolling pressure of the pressing wheel.During process, the material is squeezed to form a continuously elongated cylindrical shape.This cylindrical pellet is continuously extended until it is cut by the cutter, then forming regular pellet.The pellets under the pellet machine mold are concentrated to the discharge port by the shifting teeth, and then fall automatically under the action of gravity, and the compression process of the pellets is completed.
