Low Cost High Strength Polycarbonate Honeycomb Core For Plastic Honeycomb Panel is a polycarbonate resin produced honeycomb core which has been widely used for the application where temperature is not critical but the weight is more concerned. Low Cost High Strength Polycarbonate Honeycomb Core For Plastic Honeycomb Panel shows a unique cell structure with a core of 3 orientations while other honeycomb cores possess the 2 orientations, making its performance more uniform, eg, the strength is more uniformly distributed on the core panel surface and vertical structure. Each cell has a tubular form and is inherently stable because the whole core panel has a better tolerance on energy absorption.
