Product Description
FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastics) Surface Aluminium Honeycomb Panel Glue Edged for Signage Use is comprised of two fiberglass reinforced platic surface plates which are generally with fiberglass woven roving and regular themosetting resins and aluminum honeycomb core. The open edge will be sealed by glue to make the edge as smooth as possible. As the FRP honeycomb panel can be designed into required shape as well as the surface has lots of the color, pattern options, it has been widely used as the commercial signage materials based on the features below.
Main features:
1, Anti-weather performance: FRP sheets is a thermosetting polymer material with good heat resistance performance and application temperature range between -70 ℃ ~ 80 ℃.
2, impact resistance: as the product structure containing crisscrossed of glass fiber reinforced material, the shock resistance of the product has been greatly improved. It is not easy to break under the impact of gravel and hail.
3. Corrosion resistance: as the ability to resist all kinds of acid, alkali and other chemical corrosion, it is especially suitable for coastal and corrosive places' use.
4. The high quality color gel coat coated on the surface of the fiberglass honeycomb panel is of excellent performance and the food grade of international certification.It has good chemical stability to the atmosphere, water and general concentration of acid, alkali and salt. It is also because of this special coating, the surface of the car has a high gloss, excellent protection of light, no discoloration, corrosion resistance and very suitable for bright color car advertisement.
5. The light weight of the fiberglass honeycomb panel is much lighter than the wood composite plate and steel box, which can effectively reduce the carriage body weight, increase the load and improve the quality coefficiency of the van.
6. The fiberglass honeycomb plate adopts the aluminum honeycomb core material as the sandwich structure thus the compartment panel is very rigid, which can avoid the shake during transportation.
7. The repair of the glassfiber reinforced plastic honeycomb panel is very easy, after the repair without obvious repair marks which is greatly better than steel or aluminum compartment panels
